Bill McGraw and Sarah Worley have been chosen to co-author a trust forms chapter in the new revised and updated third edition of the Ohio Trust Code Handbook to be re-published by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA).
The handbook was originally published after the Ohio Trust Code was adopted in 2007. Bill and Sarah are both Board Certified Specialists in Trust, Estate, and Probate law. They are two of Ohio’s 180 certified specialists.
Bill was a member of the Banker, Lawyer and Probate Judges joint committee which wrote, lobbied and obtained passage of the Ohio Trust Code by a unanimous vote of the Ohio House and Senate. He has spoken and written on the Trust Code throughout Ohio and served as an expert witness and consultant on numerous trust cases.
