William J. McGraw, III, Partner with Dungan & LeFevre Co., L.P.A. of Troy, is making a continuing legal education presentation to the Ohio State Bar Association Convention in May in Columbus. His presentation will be “Drafting Trusts for Non-Tax Reasons”. The presentation will be made as a part of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section Seminar.
In addition, Mr. McGraw will be presenting the same seminar at the Cincinnati Bar Association Estate Planning Institute on May 16th. Mr. McGraw is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He writes and speaks frequently throughout the State of Ohio on Estate Planning topics.
