McGraw and Brookshire author article on IRA Beneficiary Designations in light of Ohio Supreme Court Holding

           William J McGraw and James Brookshire recently published an article in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio, September/October 2013, Volume 24, Issue 1, West Publishing.  The article was entitled “ARE THE CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING HOW THE OWNER OF AN IRA DESIGNATES A BENEFICIARY STILL ENFORCEABLE?” LeBlanc Article 

             The article examines the impact of the Ohio Supreme Court’s decision in Leblanc v. Wells Fargo et al, 134 Ohio St.3d 250 (Ohio 2012) on IRA Beneficiary designations.
