Attorney Bill McGraw made a presentation at the recent Ohio State Bar Association Annual meeting in Cleveland, Ohio. He addressed the Senior Lawyers Division, challenging lawyers to do their own estate planning and make sure things are in order as they look to retirement or if they are suddenly faced with a disability. He presented them with language they can use in their own wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other planning documents to insure a smooth transition in their own law practices and in their own personal lives. Mr. McGraw made the presentation two years ago at the convention and updated and supplemented the presentation with new and additional material.
