The National Board of Trial Advocacy recently recognized Michael A. Baer, a founding partner and Director of the Troy–based law firm of Dungan and LeFevre, for 20 years continuous certification as a Civil Trial Specialist. Baer is a 1974 graduate of the OSU College of Law, with honors, and has been selected six times by his peers as an Ohio “Super Lawyer” in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and/or medical malpractice.
He has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, and selected as one of the Best of the Bar in the greater Dayton area in plaintiff’s medical malpractice. He is also a member of the American College of Legal Medicine, and serves as Bar Counsel for the Miami County Bar Association’s Ethics and Grievance Committee.
