Attorney Bill McGraw made two presentations in the last month to groups of attorneys for continuing legal education purposes.
Bill was invited to speak to the Dayton Bar Association Elder Law update seminar. His topic was the new Ohio Power of Attorney Act – “It’s Not Just the Form”. The presentation topic was well received and generated many positive comments from the attendees.
Bill also presented a legislative update to the Edison Community College Foundation Continuing Legal Education Seminar. Bill gave a one hour presentation on Ohio laws that had been passed in the current legislative session.
