McGraw Authors Ohio Estate Tax Article

| Jan 31, 2012 | News |

Bill McGraw wrote the lead article for the July/August, 2011 edition of the Probate Law Journal of Ohio entitled Going, Going Gone!  Ohio Estate Tax Repealed–What Do We Do Now?  The article dealt with the repeal of the Ohio estate tax for persons dying on or after January 1, 2013 which was passed in the Biennium Budget Act of the Ohio Legislature.  The article highlighted planning opportunities which are available to Ohio citizens which will give them more liberty and freedom to do what they really want to do instead of what they are told they had to do to minimize estate taxes.
