Mr. Justice was previously a partner with the law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister. He practices in the areas of business/commercial litigation, tort, toxic tort, employment matters, environmental matters, criminal matters and juvenile proceedings. Mr. Justice has represented clients in a number of civil and criminal environmental matters involving product liability, air emissions, wastewater management, CERCLA cost recovery, disposal of medical/infectious waste, solid waste landfills, disposal of controlled substances and real estate transactions. Mr. Justice has extensive class action and electronic discovery experience. He is a 1981 graduate of Anderson University, a 1987 graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1994. Mr. Justice served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nathaniel R Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from 1994-1995. Mr. Justice is admitted to the bars of the State of Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Mr. Justice is a member of the Dayton and Miami County Bar Associations and the Sedona Conference (Electronic Discovery). Mr. Justice resides in Troy with his wife, Susan, and their two children.
