Jared Chamberlain

Jared Chamberlain has more than a decade of experience in estate and Medicaid planning, probate, real estate, and family law matters.  He has sharpened his trial skills as a prosecutor in both Champaign and Miami counties and in his zealous advocacy for parents and families in custody, divorce, and children’s services cases across the State of Ohio. Jared has won numerous cases on appeal, spanning child custody, employment, and Medicaid issues.
 
Jared earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Wright State University and his Juris Doctor in 2012 from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the state bars of Ohio and South Carolina and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
 
In his probate and estate planning practice, Jared aims to provide compassionate representation to families following the loss of a loved one, assist clients with complex real estate issues, customize their estate plans, and protect personal and business assets. In child custody cases, Jared has fought to protect the rights of countless parents and to keep their families intact. He has helped numerous clients navigate the challenging waters of divorce, protecting their relationships with their children and ensuring a fair division of property and finances.
 
Jared is devoted to his wife, Erin, and their four children. Jared enjoys reading about the law, politics, history, religion, and sports, and is overly enthusiastic about the Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes. Jared and his family enjoy travel, nature, music, and quality time with friends.
